Joe Wisneski, founder and principal consultant

Joe spent his career keeping very large organisations running: the systems behind banks, hospitals, energy companies and defense programmes, where an outage costs millions and nothing is allowed to quietly break. Scientific Business exists to bring that same discipline to businesses that could never hire a team to do it.

Most of that work was not experiments. He has put AI into daily production, including systems that watch a factory line and catch a fault before a person would notice it. That is a different job from showing a demo that works once, and it is the difference between an idea about automation and something your staff can depend on at seven on a Monday morning.

He would rather build you something you own than something you rent forever. Much of his work outside this practice is making open, free alternatives to expensive software, so a smaller business can use the same capability a large one pays for. It is why "build it and own it outright" is always one of the priced options when we cost out your choices.

He also works in small steps, and gets the people who will actually use a system bought in before it is switched on. An automation nobody agreed to gets quietly abandoned, and that is the most common way this work fails.

His proof is his own operation: the back office of this practice, drafting, scheduling, reporting, research, is run by AI agents he built. When we say automation returns your evenings, we're describing our own.
